Porsche x SMEG’s Kitchen Collection

The kitchen just got a whole lot cooler.

There’s something fun about seeing two worlds collide, especially when they share the same obsession with design. Porsche and Smeg have joined forces to launch a limited-edition collection that brings some motorsport energy into the kitchen. It’s called Porsche x Smeg: Driven by Passion, Refined by Design, and it feels less like a flashy collaboration and more like two design-minded brands having a thoughtful conversation about craft, heritage, and how great design fits into everyday life.

The lineup includes everything from a fridge and a bean-to-cup coffee machine to a kettle, toaster, and blender. But it’s the details that make this collection stand out. Each piece feels like Porsche, clean, confident, and built with purpose, while still holding onto Smeg and its mid-century personality. “At the heart of this collaboration lies a shared philosophy: to craft objects that are not only functional but also emotionally resonant,” says Stefan Büscher, CEO of Porsche Lifestyle Group.

A SMEG blender sits on a dark kitchen counter beside a Porsche 911 book, hinting at a sleek collaboration, with a treadmill, fridge, and exercise equipment visible in the background.

The highlight is a limited run inspired by one of Porsche’s most important moments in motorsport history, the 1970 Le Mans victory with the 917 KH in Salzburg Red. Both the fridge and coffee machine sport the same livery, finished with #23 and white striping. Only 1,970 of each will be made, a nod to the year Porsche took its first overall win at Le Mans.

Beyond the Salzburg editions, Porsche and Smeg also created two other finishes, Carrara White Metallic and Shade Green Metallic, both pulled from Porsche’s extensive color palette. The fridge, toaster, kettle, and blender all carry subtle Porsche touches, including matte black handles, minimalist accents, and clean lines that mirror the shape and feel of a 911. Even the small things, like custom-numbered knobs and temperature gauges, add that extra bit of detail without overdoing it.

What’s most appealing about the Porsche x Smeg collection is how there’s no sense of pretension or overbranding here, but instead, just two companies that care deeply about how things are made. Whether you’re pouring your first cup of coffee or grabbing a drink from the fridge, you can feel a bit of Porsche’s design DNA in the process.
