Don't Miss Out on Killer 2026 Honda CR-V November Lease Deals

The 2026 Honda CR-V in a Nutshell

The Honda CR-V has been around for 30 years now. Since its introduction in 1995 (late 1996 in the US), it has managed to transform the automotive landscape, along with the Toyota RAV4, by popularizing the crossover genre. Today, it’s Honda’s top-selling product since 2015 and one of the world’s top five best-selling cars.

Six generations of the CR-V have been released, with the latest one introduced in 2022 for the 2023 model year. While we’re still relatively early into its life cycle, it’s already been a runaway success for Honda. In 2024, the CR-V saw over 400,000 new owners in the US alone, and over 850,000 units were sold worldwide. There are no major changes for 2025 apart from the addition of the Trailsport trim.

For the 2026 model year, there are seven trim levels available on Honda Autos’ official website, along with two powertrain and drivetrain options. Prices range from $30,920 to $42,250.

What we’re focusing on here are the ICE trims of the CR-V. If you’re looking for lease deals for the hybrid version, they are part of the options as well.

This November, it’s the 2WD LX and AWD LX trims that get a special lease promo. Both start way under $400, so we say it’s worth checking them out. For the 2WD LX, it’s $319 per month for 39 months with a down payment of $4,199. Meanwhile, the AWD LX is also at $319 per month for 39 months, but with a higher due at signing price of $4,899.

Like the Accord lease deal we covered previously, the offer is valid until January 5, 2026. There is an annual mileage of 10,000 miles with a surcharge of $0.20 per mile exceeded.

2026 Honda CR-V Highlights

The CR-V range starts with the aforementioned LX trims available in both 2WD and AWD. One step above that is the EX in either front or all-wheel drive versions. At the top of the ICE-powered CR-V lineup is the EX-L, which gets leather (hence the L), dark 18-inch alloys, a power tailgate, and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror.

That said, the LX already comes pretty well-equipped. There’s wireless phone connectivity and wireless charging as standard. Automatic climate control is included, along with Honda Sensing, the brand’s advanced driver assist suite. That means adaptive cruise is present, as well as autonomous emergency braking, and more.

For those curious about the EX, it adds a sunroof, heated front seats, dual-climate control, and walk-away locks. This, and the EX-L, are not covered by the lease promo at the moment. Regardless of trim, all ICE-powered CR-Vs use a 1.5-liter turbo with 190hp and 179 lb-ft of torque mated to a CVT.

Final Thoughts

It’s a bit of a default answer, the CR-V. But its popularity isn’t just because people keep buying them. This generation feels extremely well polished, be it the ICE or hybrid versions. It drives well, it rides well, there are acres of space for a compact crossover, and it’s spectacularly easy to use. The CR-V doesn’t need much convincing for you to choose, as it’s a crossover with no deal-breaking vices.
